Camping Trip
Here at The Home Youth Liaison Service, we run an annual camping trip, in which we bring away approximately 16 young people for 1 – 2 nights. We go to a suitable location that can accommodate the group and provide activities also. This is a great opportunity for young people to get away from home for a few days and be outside in nature. It is a great way for them to make new friends and experience everything that camping has to offer. They get a mixture of land and water activities which they really seem to enjoy.
This year brought us to Westport House, which was an amazing venue for the camping trip. There was loads to do for the young people between Westport Adventure, enjoying the scenery and the local area. They had fun pitching their tents, making smores and eating burgers off the BBQ. We are delighted to have had another enjoyable camping trip this year and roll on 2026!
