We are so delighted to have qualified for the National Final of the National Lottery Good Cause Awards 2023 under the Youth Category. This is an award that aims to celebrate and honour the work carried out by people and organisations in communities right throughout Ireland for work they carry out that has a real and meaningful impact on the communities and causes that they so selflessly support.
It is a privilege to have been short listed to One of Five worthy organisations in this category. In the HYLS we strive to do all we can to support families and young people in our communities and aim to provide stability, security and a safe non-judgemental space where people can be themselves, explore their potential and have fun while doing all the above and to be acknowledged for our efforts with this award is a real honour which we don’t take for granted. Thank you so much to the National Lottery for this acknowledgement.
